The name Consorté comes from the idea of partnership, from a ship coming alongside another in a moment of need. That’s exactly what I wanted this business to be: not just another accounting or bookkeeping service, but a steady hand. A team you can count on to care about your business like it’s our own and fight to get every piece right for you.
And so, over time, the role naturally grew. Clients needed more than someone to keep their books. They needed someone to help them build sustainable systems, take difficult tasks off their to-do lists, and consult on real business decisions.

Beth launched Consorté in 2014 with a singular goal in mind: to be the kind of partner business owners can count on for clean books, support, and peace of mind.
With a degree in Accounting and over two decades of hands-on, in-the-trenches experience, Beth knows the ins and outs of small business life, bringing a calm, grounded presence to every client relationship.
On a typical day, you’ll find her juggling client calls, staff questions, and the occasional IRS hold music, with a steaming hot latte or cup of tea always within reach. Outside of work, she can be found gardening, spending time with family and friends or tucked away in quiet meditation.
Beth believes in showing up with sincerity, loyalty, and a genuine desire to help. Her clients trust her with their kingdoms, and she never takes that lightly.
As the Senior Managing Accountant at Consorte, Amanda brings nearly a decade of experience to the firm, along with a serious talent for transforming messy financials into streamlined systems that actually work.
With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Niagara University, she specializes in small business advisory, particularly for restaurants and retail, where her guidance makes a real difference.
Amanda finds the most joy in helping clients revamp their financial records into something clear, useful, and easy to maintain.
At work, she’s usually sipping on her second (okay, maybe third) latte of the day while managing client accounts. In her downtime, you’ll find her hanging with her husband and their two dogs, Ellie and Clara.
With her extensive experience in quality assurance, Kim brings a unique level of precision and care to her role as Office Administrator and Bookkeeper for Consorte.
She records, manages, and maintains clients’ day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll entries, and meticulous file organization. She also keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes, handling everything from data entry to phone calls and emails.
Known for her thoughtful approach, Kim values strong one-to-one communication and strives to build real relationships with clients to better support their needs.
Outside of work, you’ll find her cooking, spending time with loved ones, and reading up on the latest in naturopathic medicine.
